Group support

Coaching is about cohesion and how to improve the collective performance of a team. Coaching a team consists of supporting it so that it identifies and develops its own resources in the face of the problems it encounters.

Tools used: Berne Organization Theory (sociological and systemic model) – Transactional analysis
Duration: 3-hour working group – number of workshops depending on the issue
