Innovative method to work alternatively on different and complementary levels with two coaches, one of whom is certified in Process Communication and the other in Transactional Analysis in the “organization” field. Coaching aims to support a person in the development of their professional skills. The issues dealt with concern identity, managerial or cultural aspects.

Tools used: Process Communication, Non-Violent Communication, Transactional Analysis Duration: 5 to 10 sessions of 2 hours
